Talent should be confident on camera, comfortable with improvisation, quick-witted, and able to handle playful roasting, flirting challenges, and high-pressure social interactions. No acting experience required, but applicants should be comfortable speaking naturally on camera and reacting in the moment. We highly encourage you to check out his content beforehand to get a feel for the tone. *CANNOT HAVE PREVIOUSLY BEEN IN A ZACH JUSTICE VIDEO*
